Niels Heineman offers worldwide shipping. For shipping within Europe, the shipping rates can be found in the chart below. For shipping outside of Europe, please contact hello@nielsheineman.nl before placing an order to get a shipping quote for your country.

Returns

If your purchase is not exactly what you had in mind, don’t worry. Once you have received your purchase, you have 14 days to return or exchange your product(s).

If you wish to return products, please contact the customer service at hello@nielsheineman.nl with the following information: your order number, the product(s) to be returned and the reason for returning them. The customer service will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with returning the product(s).

When returning products, the customer is responsible to organize and pay for the return shipment. It is advised to use a postal service that offers track & trace. Once we have received your return, the entire amount paid for the order will be refunded in full within 14 days.

Please note: Returned products will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition and complete packaging and labels are present.

 

Exchanges

Did you purchase a product in the wrong size or colour? You have 14 days to exchange your product for the same product in a different size or colour.

If you wish to exchange products, please contact the customer service at hello@nielsheineman.nl with the following information: your order number and the product(s) you would like to exchange. The customer service will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with returning and exchanging the product(s).

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange products for a different style (for example: exchanging a shirt for a jacket). In such a case, you would have to return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
